We had a great stay! The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location not far from various tourist attractions and helpful staff were all fantastic.

I have stayed at this very well presented Hotel for two days. I had the pleasure of enjoying two different types of Rooms. For the fist night stay I enjoyed the Superior Room. The elegance, cleanliness and good size Room made a very welcoming impression after all the hustle and bustle of my trip in Vietnam. Even more so was to have a nice Spa Bath to relax and unwind in. The Bed was the best I have ever slept in and I dare say is more comfortable than my own at home.The next evening i stayed in the top of the range Room being the Silver Room on the ninth Floor. With all the previous mentioned facilities plus a large size Balcony type of Courtyard with a little Fountain and night Lights. The Staff where ever so friendly and very helpful. Even more so to the Manager of the Hotel for a special mention. Nothing seemed too much in assisting Me. In my opinion one of the best I have had the pleasure to stay in and I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to anyone.Rainer"Adelaide South Australia

The facilities are new and modern design of rooms. Rooms were larger than other comparable hotel. Location close to Vincom Tower food court & shopping.

Staff should demostrate on usage of facilities. The bath had numerous taps to run hot water & central aircondition remote not user friendly.

Centrally located, well-equipped rooms, comfortable bed, good A/C, helpful staff.

I booked for a deluxe room but they upgraded me to a suite room on the ninth floor which was really a very nice room with jacuzzi and a big garden terrace. However, there was an on-going construction on the adjacent building which was very noisy. It was a good thing that I checked in late Friday afternoon and there was no construction work the weekend that I stayed there. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is located in a central area not far from Hoan Kiem lake and other major tourist attractions. the rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the bathroom facilities are clean and functional. the hotel staff is friendly and ready to assist guests. the breakfast is simple but adequate.

The hotel had a good location in the city center and was close to many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and comfortable bedding. One of the most enjoyable aspects was the peacefulness of the room, which was surprisingly quiet for its central location.

The breakfast was unimpressive, offering a limited selection and sometimes poorly prepared food. there were instances of noise in the hallway and from outside the hotel, which could be heard in the rooms.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the location and the comfortable bed. the hotel was located in a bustling area with plenty to do and see. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The overall experience left much to be desired. the room was outdated and dirty.
